APPLICATION
The machine is a Four Roller Plate bending Machine with
Pre-loading Device for cylindrical rolling of steel plates
(yield stress of 26 Kg/mm2) of
60 mm (thick) x 8000 mm (width) – in Cold Stage and
120 mm (thick) x 8000 mm (width) – in Hot Stage at 900 Deg C.

Apart from Cylindrical bending, pre-bending of the plate edges
can also be accomplished using this machine.
The adjustment of bending diameter of the product shall be
done by raising or lowering the side rolls and the driving of
steel plate accomplished by the top roll.
The work piece shall be held tightly between top and bottom rolls.
The Roller adjustments and Pre-Load functions are operated by
Hydraulic Systems for which a new Hydralic Power Pack is available
in the Machine.
